Steel Cup Washers

Over the years, Aristo-Tec has built tooling for a number of special steel cup washers and steel flat washers used specifically in the baghouse industry.  We carry some of the more frequently used steel cup washers in stock.  If we don’t have stock, but the washer is one of our standard listed washers, we can usually produce a quantity of that particular washer in three weeks or less, depending on the availability of the base material. If none of our standard washers  fit your spec’s, give us a sample, a drawing or dimensions and we will quote you based on developing new tooling.

Many people underestimate the importance of a quality washer as a part of their overall product. One must understand the amount of force on the surface of the washer and what will happen if the force is greater than the strength of the given steel washer. Aristo-Tec has manufactured steel washers in a variety of sizes and thicknesses to meet the specific weigth and safety requirements of our customers orders.
