Aristo-Tec provides metal forming capabilities include stamping and punching from various basic steel sections, such as pipe, plates, sheets, strip, bars and angles. Some of our forming equipment is product specific, such as our pipe bending and four slide machines. With several stamping presses we have we are able to form and punch washers and other items from flat steel. We also have the capability to coin or flatten the ends of wire or tubing.
In most cases of forming and stamping, tooling must be built for each individual job. Our years of forming and stamping experience allow us to determine the most economical way to design the tooling. For simple stamping or punching operations, we may have some or all of the tooling and can keep your tool costs to a minimum in addition to reducing set up time and maintaining quality.
